Valentine’s is a place that values quality. They take care and use the best for every part of the distilling process. They don’t comprise ingredients or take shortcuts when it comes to quality. They appreciate the American craftsman and working by hand. Every cocktail they serve is required to contain one of their house spirits, and for good reason.

You’ll feel transported back in time to a Gatsby-style speakeasy. Tucked just away from the cluster of popular Ferndale spots, it has a dark romantic vibe perfect for date night. Get ready for classy cocktails and home-distilled spirits. If you’re feelin’ fancy on a Tuesday, Valentine’s has an environment that calls for the Anthropologie top that still has the tags on it because you haven’t found a place to wear it yet.
